Who we are

This website is run by Immensus Technology, a software engineering company established in 2014. For anything in this notice, write to info@immensus.tech.

What we collect

Only what you send us through the contact form: your name, work email, company (optional) and the message you write. We do not ask for anything else, and we do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

The site measures visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics. It works without cookies and without following people across sites, and it does not build profiles of visitors.

Job applications

If you apply through the careers page, we receive your name, email, phone number and links if you give them, your note, and the CV you attach. This reaches our mailbox through the same providers as above, and we do not keep a separate copy elsewhere. We use it only to assess your application and to contact you about it. We delete it 12 months after the process ends, or earlier if you ask us to.

Why we use it

We use your details to read and answer your enquiry, and to talk with you about a possible project. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in replying to people who contact us, and, where you ask for it, taking steps toward a contract. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for marketing unless you ask us to.

Who handles it for us

• Cloudflare hosts the website and measures visits.
• Resend delivers the contact form message to our mailbox. We use its European region.
• Zoho Mail hosts our mailboxes, where the message is read and answered.

These providers process information only on our behalf. Where information is handled outside the European Economic Area, we rely on providers that use recognised safeguards for such transfers.

How long we keep it

An enquiry that does not lead to work is deleted 24 months after our last contact. If we start working together, we keep the relevant records for the length of the project and for the periods that law requires afterwards.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, limit how we use it, or send it to you in a portable form. You can also object to our use of it. Write to info@immensus.tech and we will answer within one month. If you are unhappy with our reply, you may complain to your data protection authority.

Changes

If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and its date.
