Software Developer

We are looking for a Software Developer to join our engineering team. You will build and maintain bespoke software for our clients, working with the team from the first conversation about a client's process to production, and after release.

This is a full-time, remote role.

What you will do

• Design, build and test features for client projects, from services and data to user interfaces.
• Work with the team to turn a client's process into clear technical requirements.
• Write clean, tested and maintainable code, and take part in code reviews.
• Deliver in iterations, and take part in releases and in supporting what we ship.
• Find and fix defects, including issues reported from production.
• Document your work and share what you learn with the team.

What we look for

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering or a related field.
• Mid-level experience: around three to five years of building and shipping software professionally.
• Solid command of at least one modern programming language and its ecosystem, with a good grasp of data structures, APIs and databases.
• Experience with Git and with automated testing.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Able to work independently in a remote team and to communicate clearly.
• Experience with cloud services and CI/CD is a plus.
